Foster homes are on the front lines, and we aim to make their role easier, not more complicated. Foster support may include:
- One-on-one training or behavior sessions in the foster home
- Practical management and safety strategies
- Guidance tailored to foster routines and environments
- Written summaries or notes to share with rescue teams
- Ongoing communication with the rescue when appropriate
Support for New Pet Adopters (First 30 Days)
This is for dogs we have previously worked with through the rescue agency, or have been requested to help with by the rescue agency. It is also for people with newly adopted animals with paperwork showing adoption within the past 14 days, who reach out to us directly. The early weeks after adoption are critical. Reduced-rate support for new adopters helps with:
